Ingredients

Serves 9
  • 1 cup (150g) NESTLÉ Dark Melts, melted
  • 1 cup (150g) NESTLÉ Milk Melts, melted
  • 1 cup (150g) NESTLÉ White Melts, melted
  • 3 cups diced fresh fruit such as strawberries, grapes, blueberries, mango
  • 9 scoops Light Vanilla Ice Cream

Instructions

Prep time 
  1. line 9 small cups, moulds or ramekins with plastic wrap.
  2. spoon NESTLÉ dark melts into 3 of the prepared cups; spread to cover the base and sides of the cups. repeat with NESTLÉ milk melts and NESTLÉ white melts, making 9 cups in total. chill until set.
  3. remove chocolate moulds from the cups and peel off plastic wrap.
  4. fill each cup with fruit and top with a scoop of light ice cream. serve immediately.
