  • 1 cup (80g) desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup (150g) self raising flour
  • 1 cup (220g) brown sugar
  • 125g butter, melted
  • 395g can NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsp golden syrup
  • ½ cup (125mL) cream
  • 30g butter, extra
  • ½ cup (70g) chopped nuts
  • ¾ cup (110g) NESTLÉ Milk Melts, melted


Prep time       Cook time 
  1. preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and base line a 28cm x 18cm lamington pan.
  2. combine coconut, flour, sugar and butter in a bowl, mixing well. press into the prepared pan. bake 10 minutes; cool.
  3. meanwhile, combine NESTLÉ sweetened condensed milk, golden syrup, cream and extra butter in a medium saucepan. bring to the boil; simmer 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
  4. pour over base, sprinkle with nuts then bake a further 10 minutes or until golden. allow to cool; drizzle with NESTLÉ milk melts. allow to set before cutting into slices.
