Ingredients

  • 1 punnet strawberries, hulled
  • 200g fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 300mL thickened cream
  • 1¼ cups (185g) NESTLÉ White Melts, melted
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 cups coconut macaroons, crushed
  • 100g PLAISTOWE Premium Dark Chocolate, grated

Instructions

Prep time       Cook time 
  1. slice half the strawberries. puree remaining strawberries with raspberries. set aside.
  2. beat cream until thick; fold in NESTLÉ white melts.
  3. beat egg whites until firm peaks form; fold into cream with half the macaroons.
  4. layer cream, sliced strawberries, remaining macaroons, berry sauce and plaistowe premium dark chocolate in serving glasses.
