  • 1 pkt MAGGI Cook in the Pot Chicken Chasseur Recipe Mix
  • 1kg chicken pieces
  • 1 medium (150g) onion, sliced
  • 100g mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 4 cups (350g) sliced mixed vegetables
  • 1 tbsp MAGGI Premium Oyster Sauce
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger


Prep time       Cook time 
  1. prepare MAGGI cook in the pot chicken chasseur recipe mix following the directions on the packet, using the chicken pieces, onion, mushrooms and tomato paste.
  2. meanwhile, heat oil in a large frying pan or wok; add vegetables, stir fry for 3-4 minutes or until tender crisp. add the MAGGI oyster sauce and ginger and stir well.
  3. serve vegetables with chicken chasseur.
